摘　　要：伴随国内高等院校依法治校进程的不断推进,高职院校章程的相继颁布,围绕章程的学生管理制度不断建立健全。高职院校学生权利和主体意识上升的同时,其法治观念和契约精神并没有随之增长,这使得高职院校学生管理面临新的挑战。对此,本文引入契约精神,以班级管理模式实践为例,试图通过在学生和学校之间构建平等、尊重、权责统一的新型基于契约精神的学生管理模式,从而促进学生全面成长成才。With the continuous progress of the process of school administration by law in domestic colleges, the successive promulgation of constitutions of vocational colleges and the continuous establishment and perfection of the student management system according to relevant constitutions, vocational college students＇ right consciousness and subject conment as an example, this paper introduces the contract spirit, and tries to construct a new student management model based on the spirits of equality, respect, unity of power and responsibility between students and schools to promote students＇ all - round development.
