高职院校学生转专业的主要因素及对策研究——基于成都地区高职院校的调查

摘　　要：通过对成都地区20所高职院校学生产生转专业想法的时间特征、人群特征及原因的调查分析,发现一年级是学生产生转专业想法的高发期,女生及农村学生是转专业的高发人群,学习困难、不感兴趣及对就业前景的担忧是学生转专业的主要原因。对此,高职院校可从优化专业结构、提高专业教学质量、强化职业生涯规划、改进招生宣传等四个方面入手,积极稳妥地处理学生转专业的诉求。According to the investigation and analysis on the time characteristics, the population characteristics and the causes of majors changing of students in 20 vocational colleges in Chengdu, it is found that the first grade is the high - incidence period of majors changing, girl students and rural students are the high - incidence population, difficulties in learning and no interests in learning and the worry about employment prospects are the main causes of students＇ majors changing. So vocational colleges could make an attempt at four aspects of optimizing the speciality structures, improving the professional teaching quality, strengthening the career planning, and improving the enrollment publicity, and handle actively and steadily students＇ demands for majors changing.
