基于需求分析的高职护理英语教学改革

摘　　要：以Hutchinson和Waters的需求分析模型为指导,设计调查问卷,对合肥职业技术学院200名护理专业学生进行问卷调查,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学队伍和教学时机这五个方面分析了学生的需求。并在需求分析的基础上提出了教学内容、教学方法和教学评价方法三方面系统性改革的具体建议。Under the guidance of Hutchinson and Water model of needs analysis,a questionnaire survey was designed for 200 nursing students in Hefei Vocational and Technical College which investigates them from five aspects,i.e.teaching objective,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching faculty and teaching timing.Then some specific suggestions for systematical reform of teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation methods are put forward on basis of needs analysis theory.
