摘　　要：为了解当前高职院校辅导员的职业幸福感现状,本研究采用自编《高职院校辅导员职业幸福感调查问卷》,抽取重庆地区高职院校辅导员为调查对象进行统计分析。最后针对重庆地区高职院校辅导员职业幸福感现状,提出相应的对策和建议,以期为高职院校辅导员队伍建设提供参考。In order to understand the current vocational college counselors’ occupational happiness, the study makes the “questionnaire about the occupational happy feeling in higher vocational college counselors”,taking the counselors in Chongqing vocational colleges as the investigation objects. According to the status quo, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide some references for the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
