摘 要:目的研究扭力梁热成形工艺。方法利用有限元分析软件,对扭力梁热成形进行模拟仿真,分析管坯的初始温度、冲压速度和摩擦因数对扭力梁热成形质量的影响。结果当管坯的初始温度为800℃,冲压速度为100 mm/s,摩擦因数为0.45时,减薄率达到最低,马氏体含量达到最高,热成形质量最优。结论利用有限元进行热成形分析的结果符合热成形规律,对该工艺的实际生产具有一定的指导意义。To study the hot forming process of the torsion beam. The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the hot forming process of the torsion beam. The influence of the initial temperature, the stamping speed and the friction coefficient on the forming quality of the torsion beam were obtained. When the initial temperature was 800 ℃, the stamping speed was 100 mm/s and the friction coefficient was 0.45, the thinning rate was the lowest, the marten site content was the highest, and the hot forming quality was the best. The result of finite element analysis is in accordance with the law of the hot forming, which has certain guiding siguificances for the actual production of this process.
