摘 要:开展批评与自我批评是构建学习型组织的有效途径。文章开发了适用于企业环境的批评与自我批评量表,对400名企业管理人员进行问卷调查,以探讨企业团队的批评与自我批评、学习能力、绩效之间相互影响关系。研究结果表明:(1)企业团队批评与自我批评量表包含一个因子、9个项目,具有良好的信度和效度;(2)批评与自我批评对企业团队学习能力、团队绩效均有显著的正向影响;(3)团队学习能力对批评与自我批评和团队绩效之间关系起部分中介作用。文章最后就如何更好地在我国企业团队中开展批评与自我批评提出了建议。Criticism & self-criticism is an effective way to construct a study-orientated organization. Based on a questionnaire among 400 managers, a measuring scale of criticism & self-criticism is developed to study the relationship between criticism & self-criticism, team learning capability and team performance. This study proves that: (1) criticism & self-criticism measuring scale, including one factor and nine projects has better reliability and validity; (2) criticism & self-criticism has a direct and positive impact on team learning capability and team performance; (3) team learning capability is also an intermediary between the team criticism & self-criticism and the team performance. Finally, the article proposes ways to improve criticism & self-criticism in China's corporate teams.
