摘　　要：通过数据分析、问卷调查等方式,对学评教指标、学评教数据的可靠度、影响学评教的因素等方面进行研究,从中得出可改进的环节、具体实施细节等,形成一个从指标体系、学评教与业绩考核的实施流程、学评教与业绩考核、学评教的组织、学评教结果的数据处理等方面组成的新的学评教体系。Based on the data analysis and index for the teaching evaluation based on factors that affect the evaluation and comes the questionnaire survey, etc., the paper studies the learning, the reliability of the data as up with the suggestions for improvement implementation details as well as a new evaluation system that comprises procedures, well as the and concrete organization and data treatment, etc
