摘 要:培养农村定向小学全科教师是实现农村小学教育均衡发展的有效路径。众多专家学者对全科生的概念和培养模式有各种解读,各地区和各高校有不同的教学实践。为此,应厘清全科教师的概念,了解其内涵,要认识到全科生的特殊要求是:本土教育要培养乡土情结;信念要求有坚定的教育理想;功能定位要能胜任多科教学;专业标准要具备学科融合能力;核心素养能实现全科教学;职业认同要热爱教师职业。The development of general teachers(all-subjects) in rural primary schools is an effective way to achieve balanced development of rural primary education. Many experts and scholars proposed various interpretation on the mode of training and the concept, while different regions and schools of higher education have different teaching practice. This paper analyzed the the con- cept and connotation of general teachers, put forward special requirements for relevant training: local education should focus on local reality; a firm belief for the ideal of education should be kept; function orientation should be competent for muhidisciplinary teaching; professional standards should be the ability of discipline integration; core competence should be qualified for general education; occupation identity should be the love for teachers'job.
