摘　　要：实现创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享发展是"十三五"或更长时期内需要明确的中国教育的新发展目标和新发展样态。具体来说,教育创新发展的根本目标是培养创新人才,突破口是推进人才培养模式创新,关键是激发教育者、办学者的创新活力。教育协调发展的具体要义是在促进各级各类教育之间、区域教育之间、城乡教育之间、学校之间协调发展的进程中,加强学前教育、高中教育、职业教育、民办教育的发展;在健全教育协调发展统筹机制的进程中,促进学校、家庭、社会的协同。教育绿色发展的导向是加强教育软实力建设,发挥文化育人价值;关键是建设"美丽学校";重点是加强生态价值观教育,倡导绿色健康的教育教学方式与学习方式;当务之急是减轻学生过重负担,增强教师事业成就感。教育开放发展需要重视国内、国际两种教育资源的利用,推进"引进"与"输出"并举的教育国际化;提升国内教育的"开放品质"。教育共享发展需要持续保障教育事业的公平公正,加大教育投入,不断改进办学条件,增加广大教师、学生及其家长的获得感;需要持续推进学校特色创建,以适应社会与人对教育的多样化需求。The implementation of education development in an innovated,coordinated,green and shared way is China＇s new development goal as well as new development modality,which needs to be clarified during the 13th＂Five-Year＂period and in a long run.Specifically,the basic goal of the development of innovative education is to cultivate innovative talents.The breakthrough is to promote the innovative training mode.The key is to activate the innovation vigor of educators and operators.The specific essence of coordinative development of education is to strengthen the development of pre-school education,high school education,vocational education,and private education by promoting coordinated development in different levels,categories,regions and schools;and to promote the collaboration of schools,families and society by improving the overall planning mechanism for the coordinated development of education.The orientation of green development of education is to strengthen green soft power construction,and exert the value of cultivating students by culture.The key is to build＂beautiful schools＂,and cultivate＂beautiful Chinese＂.The emphasis is to strengthen the training of ecological values,and to advocate a green and healthy way of teaching and learning.The urgent task is to reduce the over-loaded burden of students,and to enhance the sense of accomplishment of teachers.The open development of education needs to attach importance to the educational resource utilization both at home and abroad,to promote education internationalization by both＂introduction＂and＂output＂,and to improve the＂openness quality＂of domestic education.The shared development of education needs to steadily ensure the fairness and justice,to increase the investment in education,to continue to improve the condition of education,to enhance the sense of accomplishment of the teachers,students and parents;and to continually promote the uniqueness and characteristics of different schools,so as to meet the diverse demand of education from dif
