摘  要:目的探讨PBL教学法在中医外科学实习带教中应用的效果。方法将医学本科类实习生72名随机分为PBL教学带教(实验组)36人和传统带教(对照组)36人。实习结束后,比较2组学生中医外科学的理论、技能操作等差异,并调查实验组对PBL教学效果评价。结果实验组理论能力高于对照组,有显著性差异。绝大多数学生认为应用PBL教学能提高自学能力、提高学习兴趣、培养临床思维能力等。结论 PBL教学可以促进学生自主学习、提高临床思维能力。Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in practice teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Seventy-two undergraduate interns were randomly divided into PBL teaching group(experimental group) of 36 interns and traditional teaching group(control group) of 36 interns. After the practice, traditional Chinese medicine surgery theory, skill operation and other differences were compared, and the experimental group on PBL teaching evaluation was investigated. Results The theoretical ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference. The vast majority of students believed that the application of PBL teaching can improve self-learning ability and learning interest, and developed clinical thinking ability. Conclusion PBL teaching can promote students' independent learning, and improve clinical thinking ability.
