摘  要:分析了精炼糖厂离子交换树脂再生废液的成分,根据其成分特点进行膜滤技术处理的研究。实验结果显示,精炼糖厂离子交换树脂再生废液经过工艺"化学预处理-0.45μm陶瓷膜超滤处理-纳滤处理-浓缩液-色素提取(透过液循环利用)"处理后,透过液回用率80%以上,浓缩液可提取色素,既可以实现精炼糖厂废液零排放,也可以提取色素,为糖厂带来一定的经济效益及社会效益。The composition of ion exchange resin regenerated waste liquid was analyzed in refined sugar mill, and the membrane filtration technique was researched according to the characteristics. The results showed that the permeate reuse rate was more than 80% and the pigment could be extracted from concentrated solution through ion exchange resin regenerated waste liquid in refined sugar mill dealed with process of "chemical pretreatment-0.45 μm ceramic membrane ultrafiltration treatment- nanofiltration- concentrated solution- pigment extraction (cyclic utilization of permeate)", the effluent zero emissions was realized in refined sugar mill and the pigment could be extracted, which produced some economic and social benefits to the sugar mill.
