摘  要:在新高考背景下,出现了一种新的教学组织形式——分层走班制。它具有多元化的课程呈现、个性化的课程选择、流动性的班级组成等特点。实施困境分别来自学校、教师、学生和家庭。为了分层走班制的有效实施,要做好顶层规划设计,加强硬件资源建设,引导学生自主管理,打造教师学习共同体,构建家校合作平台。Under the background of the new college entrance examination, there has been a new form of teaching organization--stratification walking class system . It has many characteristics, such as the diver- sification of curriculum presentation, personalization of courses choice, mobility of class composition. The difficulties come from schools, teachers, students and families. In order to carry out the system, we should do a good job in the top--level planning and designing, strengthen the construction of hardware re- sources, guide students to manage themselves, build a teacher learning community, and construct a family school cooperation platform.
