摘　　要：随着高考的不断扩招,高中阶段教育成了西部地区教育整体发展的瓶颈。本文深入分析了影响教育的多项因素,认为观念和政策是制约西部地区普及高中阶段教育的瓶颈。With the college entrance examination enrollment expansion,high school education has become the bottleneck of the overall education development in western China. This paper analyzes the various factors that affect education,deeply think of ideas and policies is the bottleneck of restricting the popularization high school education in western China.
