摘　　要：简述了团队建设对个人成才的积极作用,从个性与成绩、竞争与合作、被动与主动三个方面分析了目前班级团队建设的不足,提出树立科学的教育理念、构建新型的评价体系、优化学校的管理模式、凸显教师的指导作用等对策。This paper first summarizes the positive effect of team building on individual talents, and then analyzes the problems of the current team construction from the aspects of the problems between personality and achievement, the problems between competition and cooperation, the problems between passivity and activity , on the basis of which, puts forward the relevant measures to establish a scientific educational philosophy, to build a new evaluation system, to optimize the school management model, to highlight teachers＇ guidance.
