摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学在胃肠外科临床实习中的教学效果。方法选取我科2016年1—12月实习的120名5年制临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组及对照组。实验组采取PBL教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,比较两组理论、临床技能、病例分析及医患沟通成绩。结果 PBL教学实验组理论、临床技能、病例分析及医患沟通成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学方法能提高临床实习生理论成绩、临床技能能力、病例分析能力及医患沟通技巧,值得临床实习教学进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of PBL teaching in clinical practice of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods 120 undergraduates of 5 years clinical practice from January to December 2016 were selected as the subjects of study, which were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted PBL teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching methods. The two groups of theory, clinical skills, case analysis and doctor-patient communication results were compared. Results Through PBL teaching experimental group, theoretical scores, clinical skills scores, case analysis results and doctor-patient communication ability were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method can improve clinical interns' theoretical scores, clinical skills, case analysis ability and doctor-patient communication skills, which is worth further popularizing and applying in clinical practice teaching.
