积极教育视域下高职学生学习动力激发探究

摘　　要：为解决高职学生缺乏学习动力问题,采用调查分析法,分析高职学生学习动力的状况,提出教师和家长积极引导、寻找积极动因对抗学习动力缺乏问题等对策,对高职院校有效激发学生学习动力具有借鉴意义。In order to solve the problem of lack of learning motivation of higher vocational students, with the meth- ods of survey and analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of higher vocational students＂ learning motiva- tion, and presents some countermeasures, such as actively guiding by both teachers and parents, seeking positive drivers to confront the lack of learning motivation, and so on, which can be used as a reference for higher vocation- al colleges to stimulate students＂ learning motivation.
