摘  要:随着改革开放的不断深入,英语教师专业发展取得了空前的成效,但同时在课程设置与目标培养方面出现许多弊端。教育生态学作为一种全新的教育思想,对英语教师专业发展有一定的促进意义,在教育生态这一理论指引下,阐述教育生态学基本含义及其背景,对于当今英语专业教师面临的困境提出整改建议与意见。With the deepening of the reform and opening up, English teachers' professional development has achieved unprecedented success, but at the same time many drawbacks occur in terms of curriculum setting-up and cultivation targets, etc. As a kind of brand-new educational idea, education ecology has a certain promoting significance for English teachers' professional development. This paper, guided by the theory of education ecology, states the basic meaning of education ecology and its background and puts forwards rectification suggestions and opinions towards the dilemma confronted by English professional teachers.
