摘  要:尽管成人教育的专业地位确立已近百年,成人学习也成为了该领域研究的核心问题,但是教师作为成人学习者的学习心理和特征在教师教育领域并没有得到应有重视,其独特的需要在职后教师培训项目中没有得到充分的回应。融合成人学习理论与社会文化理论进行项目设计与实施是提高职后教师培训项目质量的保证。The academic status of adult education as an independent discipline has been established for nearly a hundred years, and adult learning has been the key research issue of the discipline. However, the learning psychology and features of adult learners have not received due attention and adult learners' particular needs have not been adequately addressed in post-service teacher training projects. Designing and implementing projects by integrating Adult Learning Theory and Sociocuhural Theory might guarantee the quali- ty of post-service teacher training projects.
