摘　　要：采用文献资料法阐述了体育发展时代价值;阐述了体育教学中生命含义的特殊性。从体育教学中两个有生命个体——学生与体育教师的角度,指出体育教学生命化的价值定位,"以人文本",尊重生命、关注生命、提升生命质量,以生命的发展和完善的价值回归,来实现体育教学生命化的价值取向。intelligent manufacturing is the inevitable direction of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.Compared with the developed countries,manufacturing China in backward state,the key is a serious shortage of competency of human resources.On the basis of the analysis of the competency of the production position under the background of intelligent manufacturing,the paper gives the analysis and suggestion on the post competency of manufacturing industry.
