民族聚集区高校书院制背景下的民族团结进步教育探索

摘　　要：民族团结进步教育工作是民族聚集区高校办学过程中的一项重要办学使命,但是传统意义下的少数民族大学生团结进步教育的方式方法越来越不适应新形式下对民族团结进步工作的需要。近年来,民族聚集区高校逐渐开展了以"书院式学生管理体制"(简称书院制)为主要形式的学生教育管理模式,围绕民族聚集区高校如何在这一崭新的模式下进一步加强民族团结进步教育工作的展开。The National Unity Education is an important mission in the Process of running colleges and universities in minority areas, but the traditional national unity education work can not adapt to the new form of minority undergraduate unity education work. In the last few years, the colleges and universities in minority areas gradually developed the mode of student education management with the ＂college-style student management system＂（referred to as the ＂college system＂） as the main form. This paper mainly focuses on how the colleges and universities in minority areas can further strengthen the work of national unity education under this new mode.
