依托校企合作的化工专业三一体模式的探索

摘　　要：为了培养适应社会和企业需要的技术技能人才,文中提出了依托校企合作的"职业能力、职业素养相融合的三一体"教学模式,即理实一体、赛训一体、工学一体。文章主要介绍了依托校企合作的三一体教学模式的构建和三一体模式的系统化课程体系的开发,进行了三一体培养模式的探索,阐述了三一体模式实践中的校企合作。In order to cultivate talents with technical skills to meet the needs of society and enterprises ,this paper puts forward the teaching mode of ＂ three integrations ＂,which is based on the cooperation of school and enterprise, which is the integration of professional ability and professional quality, Integration of theory and practice, competition and training, engineering and learning. This paper mainly introduces the construction of three integrated teaching models based on school enterprise cooperation and the development of systematic curriculum system of the three integrated models, this paper expounds the school enterprise cooperation in the practice of the three integrated model.
