摘 要:以师范教育为主导的数学与应用数学专业的教学改革应围绕基础教育要求和人才培养目标,以教学技能的提升为突破口.师范类学生教学技能现状存在一些问题,主要表现为:部分学生教师角色意识淡漠,从教准备不足;数学知识匮乏、职业素养不够;数学教学能力不足,教学模式单一.造成这些问题的主要原因为:数学师范类专业课程的设置数量少、课型单一且学时不足;教学内容设置及教学实践与中学数学相脱节.促进师范类学生数学教学技能提升的主要措施为:发挥地方资源优势,加强与基础教育的对接;增加师范类课程设置,更新教材内容,改进教学方法;改进实践教学的培养模式,实施教学实践环节多元化、长期化,丰富学生实践内容,增强学生的实践锻炼周期.The teaching reform of mathematics and applied mathematics majors in teacher education is around the basic education requirements and personnel training objectives, taking the improvement of teaching skills as a breakthrough. There are some problems in the teaching skills of normal college students: lacking role awareness of teachers and are not well prepared; lacking mathematical knowledge and professional quality; lacking mathematics teaching ability and the teaching mode being single. The main causes of the problems are: small number of mathematical professional courses, single lesson type and lack of school hours; teaching content setting and teaching practice are out of touch with middle school mathematics. And the measures to promote the improvement of mathematics teaching skills of normal students: taking advantage of local resource, strengthening the docking with basic education; increasing teacher class curriculum, updating the content of teaching materials and improving teaching methods; improving the training mode of practical teaching, implementing the diversification and long-term of teaching practice, enriching students' practice content and enlarging students' practice cycle.
