摘　　要：随着甘蔗制糖产业的发展,蔗渣的高值化利用也逐渐得到了广泛关注。在保护环境的同时获取更高的利润是目前高值化产业链生产的热点。文章主要对现有的蔗渣高值化生产方式进行综述,介绍蔗渣的基本性质、高值化生产技术,阐述高值化产业链的生产现状和未来的发展前景,以期能够对蔗渣的综合利用起到一定的指导作用。With the development of sugarcane and sugar industry, the high-value bagasse has been widely concerned. To protect the environment and obtain higher profits at the same time are hot spots of current high-value industrial chain production. Mainly summarize the existing high-value production method, introduce the basic properties of bagasse, high-value production technology, expound the production status and future development prospects of high-value industrial chain, so as to provide a certain guide for the comprehensive utilization of bagasse.
