摘  要:学科本位的高职课程观没有将知识、技能与职业岗位和能力有效地融合在一起,课程体系缺少综合职业能力的因素,以致培养的高职生不符合社会对高技能应用型人才的需求,也难于满足就业需要。文章分析了高职生综合职业能力的内涵和结构,提出了以提升综合职业能力为本位的高职课程体系开发意义和思路,为高职院校课程改革与建设提供参考。Subjects-centered higher vocational curriculum skills and abilities. Curriculum system is lack of the cul has tlvatl not effectively integrated the knowledge, on of students vocational abilities, which leads to the result that higher vocational students cannot meet the requirements of our society and employment. This paper analyzes the connotation and structure of the comprehensive abilities of higher vocational students, points out the significance and ways of improving vocational abilities-centered curriculum development, which provides a reference for the reform of curricula in higher vocational colleges.
