摘 要:应用型本科高校教师队伍应具有鲜明的区域性质量要求和特征。由于长期的单一同质学术化发展战略与模式的影响,应用型本科高校教师队伍的区域性质量特征遭到严重的削弱甚至扭曲,对应用型本科高校教育教学质量的保障、师生创新能力的培养和发展以及高校区域社会发展服务职能的发挥等方面产生了严重的不良影响。应用型本科高校存在的教师队伍非区域化问题,可归因于教师来源、教育背景、教师诉求以及教师队伍建设的客观环境压力等方面,应用型本高校要坚守为区域经济社会服务的人才培养与科研定位,重视教师队伍的区域性质量建设,激活教师技术成长诉求,建立人性化的教师发展与评价制度。The teaching body of applied undergraduate institutes should have the regional quality requirement and characteristic. Because of the influence of long-term, single, homogenou, and academic developmental strategy and pattern, the regional quality characteristic of the teaching body of applied undergraduate institutes has been gravely weakened or even distorted, which has grave and harmful influence to the improvement and guarantee of quality of teaching and studying, the development of innovating ability of the teachers and students, and the function of institutes to serve regional social development. The cause of the non-regional problems of the teachers can attribute to sources of teachers, the education background of the teachers, the teachers' demands and the objective environment pressure of teachers team construction, etc. The applied undergraduate institutes should stick to the orientation of personnel training and scientific research serving the local economic and social development, attach great importance to the regional quality construction of teaching body, and activate the demand for technology development of teachers and set up humanistic development and evaluation system for teachers.
