谈“普职结合”思想在高中生物教学中的渗透

摘　　要：普通高中教育应该使学生初步具有独立生活的能力、职业意识、创业精神和人生规划的能力,为他们的终身发展奠定基础。天津市复兴中学长期坚持"普职结合"育人模式并将其渗透在各学科教学中。学校生物教师在教学中主要从以下几方面来对学生进行职业生涯教育:一是巧用课堂资源,树立职业意识;二是善用校本课程,培养职业兴趣;三是活用生物科学史,形成职业素质;四是妙用科学热点,塑造职业理想。General high school education should equip students with the ability to live independently, career awareness, entrepreneurship and the ability to make a plan for life, which will lay the foundation for their lifelong development. Tianjin Fuxing High School has been adhering to the idea of combining general education and career education and has been implementing the idea in subject teaching. The Biology teachers at Fuxing High School have carried out career education from the following aspects. Firstly, to make wise use of classroom resource to help students establish career awareness; secondly, to use school curriculum to arouse students＇ interests in career; thirdly, to use the history of Biology to cultivate students professionalism; fourthly, to use hot topics related to biology to help students set up career goals.
