摘 要:现代学徒制是相对于传统学徒制而言的一种新型育人模式,老师也是师傅,学生也是徒弟,企业也是学校,反之亦然,在这种你也是我,你中有我的教育环境下,更利于技能型人才的培养,对于高职院校来说节约了教育成本,提高了人才质量,对于企业而言,减少了用人磨合周期,使人才培养更具有针对性,达到了双赢。石油行业因为自身的从业现状,现代学徒制的推行还有自己的显著特点。modern apprenticeship is a new type of education model relative to the traditional apprenticeship system,a teacher is also a master,a student is also an apprentice,and an enterprise is also a school,and vice versa,under such education environment that you are also me and you also have me,it is more conducive to the cultivation of skilled personnel,for higher vocational colleges,it not only saves the cost of education but also improves the quality of talent;for enterprises,it reduces the running-in cycle of talents,so that personnel training are more targeted,which achieves a win-win result.Because of its own status quo,the implementation of modern apprenticeship in the oil industry has its own salient features.
