摘　　要：基于问卷和实地调研,从学科知识统驭能力、教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学研究能力和技术改善教学能力5个维度,选取18个评价指标,运用多层次模糊综合评价法对现代信息技术条件下高校青年教师的教学能力进行实证评价,并针对评价结果提出提升高校青年教师教学能力的对策。Based on the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, from the five dimensions： the controlling ability of disciplinary knowledge, the teaching design ability, the teaching implementation ability, the teaching research ability, and the teaching technology improvement ability, selected 18 evaluation indexes, with the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the article carried out an empirical evaluation on the teaching ability of university young teachers under the condition of modern information technology, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve teach-ing ability of young teachers according to the evaluation results.
