国外以研究为基础的教学模式对我国医学教育的启示

摘　　要：医学是以证据为基础,相关知识来源于研究和实践。在如今生命科学高速发展、医学知识日益更新的时代,为医学生提供培养科研思维和研究能力的平台非常重要,因此,作为一种开放式的教学模式,以研究为基础的学习(Research-based Learning,RBL)在我国的医学教育中尤为必要,如何能将此教学模式加以推广以惠及大部分的医学生成为当务之急。在此笔者根据国外RBL实践状况,结合我国教学情况,提出一些思考和建议,以期为我国医学院校实施RBL教学模式提供启示,以更好地应对当今医学发展对我国医学教育所带来的挑战。Medicine is evidence based and the knowledge in the field is based on research and practice. With rapid development of life science and fast refreshment of knowledge, it is imperative to provide an avenue for medical students to develop scientific thoughts and discipline of research. In this regard, Research-based Learning（RBL）, an open module of teaching, is very important for domestic medical education. How to popularize RBL to cover most of medical students is currently an emergent issue. Combining of the overseas practice of RBL and the personal experience for years, the writers put forward some suggestions based on the domestic situation of medical education. The writers wish this could help the implementation and popularization of RBL in domestic medical school to better adapl to the challenge from the fast refreshment of knowledge of medicine.
