摘　　要：民办高校凭借着灵活的机制和创新的教学理念,在学校和企业间的竞争合作中呈现出愈加明显的优势。然而,实际建设过程中,民办高校和企业间的合作却往往由于资金、技术等多项问题而被迫中断。研究从民办高校与企业合作的现状出发,讨论校企合作主要面临的难点及问题,找寻校企合作出现差池的真正原因,研究方法主要是采取文献资料法和对比分析法,以在后期运作过程中有效规避因民办高校或企业单位失误而出现的问题,为双赢理念下的校企合作进程发展提供有益的理论参考及实践价值。With their flexible mechanism and innovative teaching ideas, private colleges and universities have shown more and more advantages in the competition and cooperation between colleges and enterprises. However, in many occasions, the cooperation between private universities and enterprises is often stopped by a number of problems such as capital shortage, technology and so on. Starting from the research status of private universities and enterprise cooperation, difficulties and problems are discussed that occur in the cooperation process in order to find the real reasons that stop the university and enterprise cooperation. The research adopts literature review and comparative analysis. The study is intended to help the private universities and enterprises avoid making mistakes in the late phase of their cooperation and offer some reference for the cooperation based on the concept of win-win development.
