摘　　要：通过文献计量分析发现,我国城乡教师交流研究的主要内容包括经验介绍、政策制度、存在问题以及解决策略等几个方面。这些研究主要是以高等院校为主阵地、以各级科研立项为推手、以独立与合作相结合的形式来完成的。根据目前我国城乡教师交流研究的现状,建议加强对民族地区城乡教师交流的关注,重点转向对城乡教师交流机制建设的探讨,重视对城乡教师交流主体诉求的分析,充分发挥各级教育科研机构的优势。For a long time, teacher exchange between urban and rural schools the attention from all walks life and a hotspot in academic research as well. has been a focal point of Based on CNKI database resources, this paper makes a literature review of the teacher exchange between urban and rural schools from 1996 to 2016 in China by adopting the methods of bibliometrics and content analysis. It analyzes and summarizes the main contents and basic features of previous studies on teacher exchange between urban and rural schools, which can serve as references for further studies in this field.
