基于校企深度融合的现代学徒制育人模式研究与实践

摘　　要：当前制造类企业技能型人才短缺,学校培养的人才难以满足企业转型升级的需求,为解决这一矛盾,沙洲职业工学院动力工程系对现代学徒制模式进行研究,与苏州金鸿顺汽车部件股份有限公司联合实践现代学徒制育人模式。实践结果显示,该育人模式能有效地保障学生职业技能与企业用工接轨。At present, skilled talents are shortage in manufacturing enterprises, and it is difficult to adapt the needs of the enterprise for thegraduates from the vocational colleges. In order to solve this problem, the mode of ＂modem apprenticeship＂ is researched by Department ofMechanical Engineering of Shazhou Institute of Technology, and it is put into practice with Suzhou Jinhongshun Auto Parts Co. LTD of theeducation mode of ＂Modern Apprenticeship＂. The results show that the model can effectively increase the fitness of graduates and enterpriseemployers.
