关于北京高校学历继续教育功能定位的思考

摘　　要：本文以北京高校学历继续教育功能定位为研究核心,分析了高校学历继续教育学历补偿功能逐步弱化的时代背景,以及北京高校学历继续教育发展在生源质量、人才培养质量、社会声誉匹配度、命名维度等方面存在的问题,提出了以长远、发展的视角重新审视学历继续教育的功能定位,积极探索建立更科学、更具有可持续发展动力的"非全日制"学历教育体系的建议,逐步实现"非全日制"学历教育与全日制教育同等质量的人才培养目标,更好地为首都、京津冀地区乃至国家的经济建设培养多层次、多类型的人才。This study focuses on the roles and functions of degree programs of continuing education in colleges and universities in Beijing,analyzing the gradual weakening degree-upgrading function of these programs as well as the existing problems in the following aspects:target students,quality of the programs,social credibility,etc.The authors suggest that a more sustainable part-time degree continuing education needs to be developed with a long term development oriented perspective,achieving gradually the same educational quality as the full-time degree programs and providing multi-level diversified talents to suit the needs of social and economic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.
