摘  要:目的:分析以学生为中心的儿科教学查房模式的教学效果。方法:选取实习学生112名,采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规教学查房模式,观察组则采取以学生为中心的教学查房模式,比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组实习学生测试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习学生的教学安排满意度、思维能力培养、自我成就感、知识掌握、学习兴趣评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以实习学生为中心的儿科教学查房模式的教学效果显著,在儿科查房教学中使用非常适宜。Objective: To analyze the pediatric teaching ward round of student centered effect.Method: A total of 112 students were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group adopted conventional teaching mode, the observation group adopted student-centered teaching roundsmode, teaching effects were compared between the two groups.Result: The observation group student test scores were higher than the control group, the differencewasstatisticaysignicant(P〈0.05).The bservatingrupteachingarrangementsatisfactin abilityofthinking, sense of achievement, acquisition of knowledge, learning interest scores were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈O.05).Conclusion: The model of pediatric teaching ward round of student centered has high effect, the use of it is very suitable in pediatric teaching rounds.
