摘  要:目的评定紫外分光光度法测定保健食品中茶多酚含量的不确定度。方法 JJF 1059.1-2012依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析实验过程中茶多酚含量测定的不确定度来源;通过建立数学模型以量化不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果保健食品中茶多酚的含量为1.08%,其扩展不确定度为0.15%(k=2)。结论紫外分光光度法测定保健食品中茶多酚含量的不确定度主要来源于标准曲线拟合、回收率及紫外分光光度计等3方面,其贡献率分别为54.8%、20.8%和12.5%。[Objective] To evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of tea polyphenols in health food by uhraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (UV-Vis). [nethods] Based on the Chinese guideline for valuation and expression of uncertainty in measurement (JJF 1059.1-2012),the sources of uncertainty in determination of tea polyphenols were discussed. Further,the combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertaintywere calculated by establishing mathematical models. [ Results ] The content of tea polyphenols in health food was 1.08%,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.15%(k=2). [Conclusion] The uncertainty of the determination of tea polyphenols in health food by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry is mainly from the standard curve, the recoveries and the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry,contributing an average of 54.8% ,20.8% and 12.5% of the uncertainty, respectively.
