关于浓香型白酒两种样品前处理方法对测定邻苯二甲酸酯类含量的探讨

摘　　要：白酒中含有大量的水分,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪法测定浓香型白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,不能直接将酒样注入Agilent HP-5MS石英毛细管柱,须对酒样进行前处理,常用的样品前处理有直接正己烷萃取法和沸水浴除去乙醇法,通过对两种方法处理后测定的结果进行分析,结果发现,直接萃取法由于酒样中乙醇对邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物溶解性很好,难以完全萃取酒样中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,因此沸水浴除去乙醇前处理方法测出的邻苯二甲酸酯含量更为准确。In the liquor includes the massive moisture contents,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method determination of Phthalic in liquor, the liquor cannot directly inject into type Agilent the HP-5MS quartz capillary vessel column, must pretreatment to the liquor, in front of the commonly used sample processing has the direct normal hexane extraction method and boils the water bath except the ethyl alcohol law, this article through the result about determines after two methods on the analysis, finally discovered, because the direct extraction method in the liquor type the ethyl alcohol opposite neighbours phthalic acid ester compound solubility is very good, with difficulty in complete extract liquor type phthalic acid ester compound, therefore boils the water bath the phthalic acid ester content which the processing method determines except the ethyl alcohol in front of to be more accurate.
