摘  要:胡麻从丝绸之路传入我国,域外胡麻制油、制饼、制羹等饮食文化也传入我国。从东汉开始,便有胡麻作为食品配料的记载。胡麻的引种不仅丰富了我国人的饮食文化,而且还开发了其医药价值。胡麻作为"药食同源"植物,在古代医书中有不少胡麻食疗之方。当今国外市场充满了以胡麻为配料的食品类型,国内胡麻产地有传统胡麻食品上市,胡麻籽深加工产业发展方兴未艾。Flax is introduced into China through the silk road, also with flax diet culture. Flax as food has been recorded since the Eastern Han Dynasty. Introduction of flax not only enriched the Chinese food culture, but also developed its medical value. As medicine and food homology, flax plants are recorded in ancient books. Contemporary foreign market full of flax as the type of food ingredients, domestic flax origin have traditional its food listed, industry of flax seed is developmenting.
