摘　　要：课题组关于"影响课堂教学质量的因素分析"结果显示:教师魅力、教师能力、教学态度、教学准备工作、教学方式与组织是决定教师评价、影响课堂教学质量的关键要素。高职院校要建立科学合理的教师评价机制,以评价激励教师提升综合素养、促进教学方式和人才培养模式的改革。The research on the analysis of factors affecting the quality of classroom teaching shows that teachers＇ charm and abilities,teaching attitude,teaching preparation,teaching methods and organization are the key factors which determine the evaluation of teachers,and affect the quality of classroom teaching.Higher vocational colleges should establish a scientific and rational teacher evaluation mechanism to evaluate and encourage the improvement of teachers＇ comprehensive quality,and to promote the reform of teaching methods and talents training mode.
