摘 要:职业教育具有促进贫困人口掌握脱贫致富本领,阻断贫困代际传递的功能。当前的职业培训扶贫主要以经验思维为基础,缺乏专业理念、知识与能力的支撑,致使职教扶贫的功效尚未得到有效发挥。研究以贵州省为例,发现了农村职业培训扶贫的根源性问题是专业性不够,因此在"精准扶贫"政策背景下,职业培训扶贫工作的实施需从经验思维转向专业思维,从专业的组织构建、专业的队伍建设、专业的课程开发与专业的评估体系构建等4个维度提升职业培训扶贫工作的专业性。Vocational education has the function of facilitating the poor people to master the ability of getting rid of poverty and becoming better off,and blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty.The current poverty alleviation of vocational training is mainly based on the experienced thinking,lacking the support of professional concept,knowledge and skills,which leads to the function of poverty alleviation in vocational education having not yet worked effectively.Taking Guizhou province for example,it is found that the essential problem of rural vocational training is the lack of professionalism.Therefore,it is necessary to shift from the experienced thinking to the professional thinking under the policy of "targeted poverty alleviation".The professionalism can be promoted by constructing professional organization,establishing professional teams,developing professional courses and building a professional evaluation system.
