摘  要:长沙地铁2号线一期工程沿线存在多处振动敏感区域,环评要求高,轨道系统采取了轨道减振器扣件、Vanguard先锋扣件、橡胶隔振垫减振轨道、钢弹簧浮置板轨道等减振措施。为科学评价不同减振措施或产品的减振性能,在2号线一期工程试运行期间,对减振轨道铺设的地段开展了综合测试。测试结果表明:相较较高频率的振动分量,4Hz以下的振动分量较难准确测量,建议分析减振效果时考虑频率范围4~200Hz;直/曲线对轨道结构振动响应影响显著,减振轨道铺设于直线地段和曲线地段时的减振效果略有差异;轨道减振器扣件可适用于振动预测超标量小于等于3dB的地段;Vangaurd扣件可适用于振动预测超标量为6~8dB的地段;橡胶隔振垫减振轨道可适用于振动预测超标量大于等于8dB的地段;对于振动预测超标量大于等于8dB的地段,特殊减振措施可选用钢弹簧浮置板轨道。Due to lots of vibration sensitive areas and high environmental requirements, vibration reducing measures are adopted in the track system of Changsha Metro Line 2, such as vibration damper fasteners, Vanguard fasteners, rubber vibration damping pad track and steel spring floating slab track etc. In order to evaluate the performance of different vibration reducing measures scientifically, a comprehensive test was carried out during the trial running period. The results show that, compared with the higher frequency, vibration component less than 4Hz is difficult to be measured accurately. It is suggested that the frequency range 4~200Hz should be considered when evaluating the damping effect of tracks. The vibration response of track structure is significantly influenced by the straight/curved route, and the damping effects are slightly different at these two situations. Vibration damper fasteners can be used when predicted vibration superscalar is less than or equal to 3d B.Vangaurd fastener can be adopted when predicted vibration superscalar is in range of 6 ~ 8d B.Rubber vibration damping pad track can be used when predicted vibration superscalar is greater than or equal to 8d B.For areas where predicted vibration superscalar is greater than or equal to 8d B, steel spring floating slab track can be used as special damping measures.
