摘 要:大量研究证实,油菜籽中脂质伴随物具有显著的抗氧化作用,与人体营养健康密切相关,特别是对慢性疾病具有积极的营养干预与调理作用。本文综述国内外油菜籽伴随物加工提取与慢性病关系的研究进展。Numerous studies have demonstrated that lipid accompaniments of rapeseed possess strong antioxidant activities, which are closely related to human nutrition and health. Especially, they havd positive nutrition intervention and regulating effect for chronic diseases and have become a hot topic in the nutrition field of edible oil. The processing and extraction as well as the relationship between lipid accom- paniments of rapeseed and chronic diseases are reviewed.
