摘 要:目的探讨PACS系统在住院医师规范化培训中的价值与意义。方法将我院影像科室进行轮转的规培医生92人随机分为两组:研究组与对照组,每组各46人,研究组利用PACS系统进行辅助教学,对照组则采用传统阅片的教学方法。对比两组的理论知识测试得分和阅片能力测试得分。结果两组学员理论知识测试得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组阅片能力测试得分(影像诊断水平)高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训的学员群体中,利用PACS系统进行辅助教学能有效提高培训学员的阅片能力及影像诊断水平。Objective To explore the value and significance of PACS system in standardized training of residents. Methods 92 doctors in our department were randomly divided into two groups: study group and the control group, each group has 46 people, study group used PACS system to assist teaching, control group adopted traditional reading method. The scores of theoretical knowledge, test score and reading ability test were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge test were not statistically significant between the two groups(P〉0.05), score of the reading ability test in the observation group(imaging diagnosis level) was higher than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). ConclusionIn the standardized training of residents, the use of PACS system to assist teaching can effectively improve the reading ability and image diagnostic level of trainees.
