摘　　要：职业教育专业教学资源库建设项目至今已有十年,项目在促进优质教学资源共建共享、推进高职教育协同发展等方面取得了一定成效。但深入探究发现,项目在资源内容适切性、平台功能完备性、建设机制保证性等方面都存在一些问题。深入解读《指南》之于资源、平台、机制三要素的基本要求,对比当前建设现状,资源内容开发应着力于单一性、结构性、自包含性、不可再分性、可寻回性、系统性等特征的提升,平台功能优化应着力于资源智能推送、移动学习支持、平台开放式接口技术提供、数据统计扩展等功能的提高,建设机制完善应着力于强化学校在机制建设中的主体责任和提高教师在机制运行中的主体权益。唯有资源、平台、机制三方面协同发展,才能有效助力高职院校内涵建设的整体推进。It has been ten years since the construction of teaching resources library construction in vocational education. The project has made some achievements, especially in promoting the co-construction and sharing of high-quality teaching resources, and the coordinated development of higher vocational education. However, there are still some problems in the appropriateness of the resources, the completeness of the platform functions, the guarantee of the construction mechanism and so on. By analyzing the basic requirements of the guide to the construction of teaching resources database for vocational education（2016） in the factors of resources, platform and mechanism, comparing the current situation of construction, it shows the development of resource contents should focus on the promotion of unicity, structuralization, self-containedness, indivisibility, findability, systematism and other features. The optimization of platform functions should focus on the promotion of intelligent data push, the support of mobile learning, the provision of platform open interface, the expansion of data statistics and other functions. The improvement of the construction mechanism should focus on strengthening the main responsibility of the school in the mechanism construction and improving the principal rights and interests of the teachers in the operation of the mechanism. Only the coordinated development of resources, platforms and mechanisms can effectively promote the overall construction of the connotation of higher vocational colleges.
