摘  要:高职人才培养"社会服务"取向已取得成效,但教育传统中对学生的不重视和学生领域研究的困难造成高职教育中"学生立场"的缺失,已经造成高等职业教育国家责任缺失、院校和师生不堪其重、学生厌学和职业教育服务社会能力的减弱等问题。未来,基于学生立场,高职人才培养应当在目标上从"成才"向"成人"转变,教学上基于学生特征展开,改善学校师资、设备、课程和评价等育人能力。The "social service" orientation of talents training in Higher Vocational Colleges had been a great success. However, students have not been paid attention in the tradition of education and difficulties in student field research made the absence of "students' position" in Higher Vocational Education, which has caused some difficulties as the lack of state responsibility in Higher Vocational Education,overwhelming burden of colleges, teachers and students,students weariness and the weakening of social services of vocational education. Based on the position of students, in the future, talents training in higher vocational colleges should be changed from "capability" to "wellrounded person"; at the same time, teaching should be based on students' characteristics, and the ability of teachers, equipments, courses and evaluation in colleges need be improved.
