摘　　要：高职院校内部质量保证体系建立与运行面临内部治理能力不强、教师和管理人员对内部治理自主保证认识不足、公开的常态化信息管理资源不足等制约因素,可采取以试点探索新经验、理念渗透、建立独立的质量标准体系、建立基于质量过程的实时数据采集分析平台等破解策略。To set and optimize the internal quality assurance system, higher vocational colleges confronts with the realistic demands of transferring governance view, building key points for quality control, building motivation assurance mechanism and information support plaform. The construction and operation of internal quality assurance system of higher vocational colleges confronts with the constraint factors of low internal governance abilities, teachers and managers＇ low recognition on internal governance and shortage of open information management resources. The following strategies can be taken： exploring new experience, infiltrating new views, building independent quality standard system, building data collection and analysis platform based on quality process.
