高职化工专业产学结合人才培养思路的探索

摘　　要：职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,肩负着培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业的重要职责,必须高度重视、加快发展。职业教育的基本属性和自身的特点,以及其自身发展规律决定了"产学结合"是高职院校成长的基本规律,"校企合作"是现代高等职业教育发展的必然趋势。文章就"产学结合"在高职教育中的重要性以及其在甘肃省的发展现状等方面做一综述,并对未来发展做出了展望。Higher vocational education is the most important component of national education system and human resources development, which is responsible for talents cuhivating, technology inheriting and career- orientation and pioneering-work development, so that it must be paid more attention on and developed more rapidly than before.The connection between production and studying is the basic role of the development for higher vocational schools, which is determined by its essential attributes, basic properlies and developing rules.According to these key points, the cooperation between schools and companies will be the inevitable trend under the development of modern higher vocational educations.In this paper, the importance of the connection between production and studying in higher w^eational educations is summarized, lhe developing station of the connection between production and studying in Gansu province is introduced, and the future development of the connection between production and studying is expected and concluded in detail.
