摘 要:现代学徒制是将传统学徒培训与现代学校教育相结合的一种人才培养模式,在西方国家已经取得了显著的人才培养效果。目前我们国家已经开始了现代学徒制试点工作,实践证明是符合职业教育规律的人才培养模式,但是面临着合作企业权益得不到保障、企业参与的积极性不高、高职院校服务能力缺失、现代学徒制相关制度不健全等一系列情况。建议通过行政干预的方法来改变目前现状,通过制定法律法规,明确企业人力资本的所属权;加强院校自身建设,提升职业院校的服务能力;加强制度建设,保障现代学徒制顺利实施。Modern apprenticeship is a personnel training mode with the combination of traditional apprenticeship training and modemschool education. In western countries it has made significant effect of talent training. At present, China has already started the pilot workof modern apprenticeship, and it turns out to be in accordance with the rule of vocational education personnel training mode. But now en-terprise fights cannot be protected, enterprises are not highly enthusiastic to participate, service ability of higher vocational colleges islacking, and modern apprenticeship system is not sound. Administrative intervention method is proposed to change the present situation,including by making laws and regulations to clarify the ownership of enterprise human capital, to strengthen the construction of collegesand universities themselves, to enhance the service ability of vocational colleges, and to strengthen the system construction and ensure thesmooth implementation of modern apprenticeships.
