摘  要:名师是当今教育的稀缺资源,借助名师的影响力推动音乐学科的发展,在名师的引领下利用大学(U)—政府(G)—中小学(S)模式协同培养音乐教师,华中师范大学田晓宝教授Tiankong合唱教学团队对此做出了有益的探索。作者以参与者的身份记录了名师对音乐教师的影响、政府在协同中的作用,反思了U-G-S协同培养对大学教学改革以及教师学术研究带来的挑战。The famous masters are regarded as the scarce resources in the current education because they can exert great influence upon the development of music subject. The famous Prof. Tian Xiaobao has already led his chorus teaching team to explore the U^G--S cultivation model of music teachers. The author, as the participant of this project, observes and records the influence of masters upon common music teachers and the function of government in the cooperation. The author also reflects the challenges which university teachers are going to face in the academic study and teaching reform because of the new cultivation model.
