摘 要:药理学是护理教育课程体系中的主干课程之一。多年来护理专业药理学教学存在一定程度的"重理论、轻应用"现象。根据护理专业人才的培养目标,在教学中侧重培养学生药理知识的应用能力显得十分迫切和必要。依据护理技能培养的特点及临床护理工作岗位的实际需要,结合近年来对高职护理学专业药理学教学内容和授课方式的优化,提出教学改进方法,帮助学生树立"药疗护理"的理念,为培养现代临床护理实际需要的实用型护理人才打下更坚实的基础。Pharmacology is one of the main courses in nursing education curriculum system. Over the years, nursing specialty, especially for higher vocational class, pharmacology teaching embodies a certain degree of uheavy theory,light application ,which causes insufficient ability in the actual work of nursing. Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to focus on the cultivation of the application ability of the students on pharmacological study. According to actual needs of nursing skills and clinical nursing work, combined with years of teaching experiences of the authors, this paper proposes some optimized methods and teaching reform in pharmacology teaching for the higher vocational nursing specialty, in order to help students to establish a medicine- care concept,and make them more qualified in the future work.
