摘  要:目的:对3D打印技术在口腔牙体牙髓病学教学中的应用进行初步探索。方法:牙体牙髓病学是一门重要的口腔医学课程,学习者要通过大量的人体离体牙标本掌握正常人体髓腔和根管的组织结构、病变组织的结构特征和变化,以便为学习临床课程,服务于患者打下坚实的基础。但人体离体牙受传统观念等客观因素的影响数量少,加上医学形态学标本的陈旧等问题,影响了医学形态学的教学质量。引导学生对牙片、CBCT以及3D打印进行对比观察;结合实际病例对3D打印讲解;参观治疗过程。结果:学生在短时间内了解并掌握了治疗方案及治疗技巧。结论:3D打印辅助教学模式引入牙体牙髓病教学实践,提高牙体牙髓病的教学质量及解决临床实际问题的能力。3D打印对口腔牙体牙髓病学教学是一种有效教学方式,值得口腔科教师使用并推广。Objective: To make a preliminary exploration of 3D printing technology applied in operative dentistry and endodontics teaching. Methods: Operative dentistry and endodontics is an important stomatology curriculum Students should gain understanding of the structure of normal human tooth in vitro as well as structural characteristics and changes in pathological conditions by studying many human pulp cavity and root canal specimens so that they can lay solid foundation for future studying of clinical courses and serving patients better. However, human tooth in vitro is practiced less and less due to the influence of the traditional concept. The quality of medical morphology teaching is also affected by the old medical teaching methods. We instructed the students to observe X-ray, CBCT and 3D printing entities, explaianed 3D printing entities with actual cases, and then demonstrated the operation proceduces. Results: In a short period of time, the students understood and mastered the treatment strategies and techniques. Conclusion: 3D printing technique introduced into teaching of operative dentistry and endodontics improve the teaching quality and. the ability to solve practical problems. 3D is an effective teaching method in operative dentistry and endodontics teaching clinical teaching; thus it is worth stomatology teachers using and population.
